Under the coordination of **Poland**, and in partnership with our Directorate, **Romania**, and **Spain**, our **SUSTAIN Project** brought another inspiring activity to life. Within this framework, teachers and students from the **Food and Beverage Department of Hafsa Sultan Girls’ Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School** organized a **“Zero Waste Kitchen”** activity.

Through our project, which focuses on **sustainable tourism**, our teachers and students had the opportunity to raise their awareness from sustainable tourism to sustainable kitchen and food practices, while also experiencing environmentally friendly production and consumption habits firsthand.

As the **future ambassadors of sustainable tourism**, we have further expanded the impact of our project carried out under **Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training (KA210-VET)**.

For a more livable world, we will continue to produce, transform, and make a difference together!
