🌍 Celebrating International Zero Waste Day – March 30!

Our students stepped into the role of eco-entrepreneurs and developed inspiring ideas for a sustainable, zero-waste restaurant! 🍽️♻️

During this creative process, they:
✨ Designed sustainable restaurant concepts
🥗 Created zero-waste menus using seasonal and local ingredients
🌍 Developed eco-friendly rules to reduce food waste and protect the environment

This activity helped students improve their creativity, build a sense of responsibility, and realize how small actions in the kitchen can create a big impact on our planet. 🌎💚

This activity was carried out by our partner school Colegiul Economic “Ion Ghica” Brăila 🇷🇴
