🌍 As part of European Youth Week, our Romanian school partner Colegiul Economic “Ion Ghica” Brăila prepared Papanași, one of Romania’s most famous traditional desserts, to highlight the importance of local culture in sustainable tourism. 🧀🍓
Preserving traditional recipes, protecting cultural heritage, and supporting local products are important elements of sustainable tourism. Through this activity, young people explored Romanian gastronomy while promoting environmentally friendly and culturally respectful tourism practices. 🌱♻️
