#ErasmusZeroWasteDay. Today was such an exciting day at our school because we discovered the idea of Zero Waste in frame of
SUSTAIN-Sustainable Tourism project!
We started in the kitchen, where we learned how to use every ingredient and not waste food – it was like a fun challenge! Then we talked about how these ideas also matter in #hotels and the whole #gastronomy world, which made me realize how big the impact can be. I never thought that small actions in cooking and serving could help the planet so much! At the end, we discussed how even when we eat every day, we can make choices that protect the environment. It feels amazing to know that by changing little things, we can help create a safer climate for everyone!
